3. Reading of old Minutes by Secretary: Dana
4. Financials-Charlene Checking-$5,429, Savings $15,861($10,000 to be deposited in CD).
5. New Business

a. Rev Connie-Education coordinator Mirtha will assist Connie
i. Sunday school proposal for lead person by age group

ii. Linda Moller and Nora Gonzales to donate $ to purchase new curriculum for Sunday school.
Connie will review RSI curriculum being proposed.

SOM I Kip and LJ starts sept. 18
SOM II Lillly, Wanda and Ani starts sept. 18
SOM III Sherry and Connie starts sept. 14
SOM IV Connie in process
c. Art Hop-Naomi will pay fees. NTC will display artwork for one year. We can have additional artists. We will begin first Thursday in October and every first Thursday of the month for one year.
d. Cost of re-doing sandwich signs-Anna will go ahead with Mega Prints to have boards redone with Velcro fastening face board. Cost will be total $91.14 for two signs both sides.

6.Old Business

1. Name Change-Letter from state submitted by Charlene requires additional “critical language” contained in bylaws. Juanda Moore will revise for submission. Logo-vote made to use simple lotus blossom with concentric rings overlay/watermark. Lujuana will work with marketing designer.
2. Dinner club-Oct. 18 at Rio and Nomie’s. Sept. 13 at Bob and Ani’s
3. Open house - who's doing what? Mirtha will have sign up sheet for activities.
We need your input & Questions. We are a close-net family here and ALL questions are welcomed.

News from our New Thought Community 6/29

1. We are in need of 2 lap tops or desk top New or Used (computers) for the new facility. One will be for
the Minister’s use and the other for the Youth group to have at hand. Anyone that can donate these items -
God bless you and thank you. Let us know.
2. Anyone wanting to donate any other items for our new space Rev Lilly and Nicki will be registering NTC
at Target and World Market Please call Rev Lilly for further clarification.
3. Dana has said that she will match any gf is that anyone donates to the Kids’s Church, i.e., crayons, paint,
pens, pencils, construction paper, spiritual books, etc. Thank you Dana.
4. We wish to start a bi-monthly Meditation gathering. Kip has so graciously volunteered to head that up.

5. Our beaut(ful Teachers - Rev Connie & Rev. Sherry will soon be announcing the new classes coming up
this Fall. So get ready for the lime of your life!
